We offer a fast Will service for English Wills which can usually be
completed in a day for simple Wills. We are able to witness these
for you and offer a storage facility included in the price.
Spanish Wills (Inclusive of Notary Fees)
From 169€ and for couples from 268€*

Wills in Spain are a little more complicated than an English Will
please contact us to arrange an appointment to draw up Wills in
Spain. Our fees are very competitive and include the Notary fee
required to lodge a Spanish Will.
Spanish & English Living Wills
We are able to arrange Living Wills in Spain for clients to assure
medical treatment and Palliative Nursing care wishes are clearly
stated and adhered too and appoint a representative to deal with
your affairs. Should you be unable to communicate your wishes in
the future due to medical or mental incapacity a Living Will can give
you peace of mind today for the future. A sealed copy can be kept
with your medical records and is advised for anyone with private
medical insurance. Spanish Living Wills need to be Notarised.

This is a document to confirm that a pension scheme member is still
alive. You may receive these from time to time from your Private
pensions providers and the UK State Pension authority to confirm
that you are indeed still alive. Please contact our Solicitor if you
require such a document certifying that you are still living. You will
need your Passport. The fee is just 20€.

The complicated system of planning and building regulations
requires the expert knowledge of locally qualified and registered
technical architects. We are able to offer you the services of an
architect for all applications for permissions to carry out building
works and to arrange plans for both residential and commercial
property.*
